A film that has influenced me is Kill Bill by Quentin Tarantino. His use of color throughout the movie is exquisite and shows the importance of many scenes, just as a painting does. He uses intimate facial expressions and phrases that make the viewer feel uncomfortable yet intrigued. He changes elements throughout the film when the scenes change from black and white, to color, to cartoon. The whole movie connects through these elements.
